INTRODUCTION
Originally launched in 1980. Major overhaul in 2005 Morris Yachts and then in 2012 by Hinckley Yacht Services, Southwest Harbor, ME
The Bristol 45.5 design and construction lend her well to daysailing, coastal cruising, limited offshore cruising and informal racing. When properly equipped and with common sense seamanship, she has the capability for extended offshore and trans-ocean sailing. She also is a shallow water cruiser with her keel/centerboard design.
COCKPIT
The aft cockpit offers comfortable seating. Her high teak-capped coamings include teak rimmed storage pockets. Nonskid covered seats offer ample storage beneath the port and starboard cockpit seats and in aft locker.

INTERIOR ACCOMMODATIONS
MARIE has a comfortable and functional layout plan. 2-Cabins/2-Heads with showers and separate Nav station, Galley and dining main salon that sleep 6-7 comfortably. Interior is finished in sat-varnish.
Forward, the cabin has a V-berth and sleeps two, with ample storage in lockers and below the berth. Head with shower is to port and can be accessed from both the forward cabin and the salon. The full width Main Salon sleeps two on a portside convertible L-settee and one on a starboard outboard settee berth. Settees surround the drop-leaf dining table with seating for six. The full width Galley is aft of the main salon followed by the AFT CABIN with sit-down Navigation Station starboard and to port is a double berth aft with a private ensuite second Head with separate shower forward.

Comfortable and functional-style layout has L-settee to port with drop-leaf dining table that converts to a double berth and a starboard single berth-settee opposite. There are built-in storage lockers outboard port and starboard and an alcove with shelf is over stbd. Bulkheads and trim are satin-varnished and overhead is smooth gelcoat. Forward to starboard is a bureau with locker over outboard and an opening port above.
